Congrats Grad Topper

This is a micro mini version of our congrats grad door hanger. The grad cap measures approximately 7” tall, 12” including the bow. Artwork is printed on 1/4 thick weather and fade resistant PVC material. This includes a custom handmade bow in the color of your choice.
